Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority at InnoSphere. You may request a return or exchange if your product has a manufacturing defect or you are not satisfied. Requests for dissatisfaction must be made within 7 days of delivery, and manufacturing defects within 30 days. Visible damage (broken glass, scratches, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours with photos or video. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories. After inspection approval, you may choose an exchange or a refund of the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable when the correct item is delivered. All products include a 30‑day warranty starting from delivery.
